Deleting your data

You can remove your data from KreateMix at any time:

• Disconnect a social account: open Accounts and choose Disconnect. Its access token is deleted immediately.
• Delete a workspace: Settings → Delete workspace. Its posts, media, analytics and connected accounts are deleted.
• Delete your whole account: email the contact address on this site from the address you signed up with. We delete everything within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you removed our app from your Facebook or Instagram settings, we receive a deletion request automatically and delete the related accounts. You can check its status with the link Facebook gives you.
